Q: How did you feel when you found out you had won the award?

A: We felt incredibly proud when we found out that we had won a regional Site Manager award! It was a complete surprise and means a lot to be recognised for our work.

Q: What does it mean to you personally?

A: Personally it was a great accomplishment to be awarded and it also reflects on the fantastic projects that we get to work on.

Q: What does it mean for your team / business?

A: It means a lot to both our team and our business as it’s recognition of the amount of work and pride that we put into delivering our projects. What we do day-to-day could not be done without our colleagues and the teams that we get to work with.

Q: What makes a good Site Manager?

A: A site manager needs to be able to be well-organised, have a good understanding of all stages of the construction processes, be approachable and prepared for responsibility and decision making.

Q: What one success in your work are you most proud of and why?

A: \We are most proud of our culture at Willmott Dixon and the impact that we leave behind on the communities where our projects are based. We work hard to leave a positive legacy and to make a difference during our time in the local community. It is something that we really embrace, and we always strive to ensure that as a project team and as individuals, we deliver positive and memorable experiences for everyone involved.
