A: I was delighted, it is a wonderful compliment being recognised for your efforts. This is beyond my expectations and I'm so pleased for me and the team.
Q: What does it mean to you personally?
A: The award makes all the hard work we put into the project worth it - it is great to have some recognition from an external agency such as LABC Warranty.
Q: What does it mean for your team / business?
A: Receiving such prestigious awards demonstrate to our customers that their house has been constructed to a high standard. For our site team it also makes all their hard work over the past 18 months worthwhile, with recognition of the high standards of commitment and attention to detail. It also recognises their willingness to go the extra mile to deliver our homes to a very high standard."
Q: What makes a good Site Manager?
A: A good Site Manager is someone dedicated to delivering the best possible product. They lead by example and at the same time they are not afraid to get their hands dirty.

A: Receiving this award means so much and I am really proud of the work me and my team have put in, to create such a quality development.
